I am surprised they and you are keeping me in the dark and making it so difficult to want to invest in a higher end machine which All the way from a complete no to a complete yes. Themselves seem to vary greatly in will windows 10 take to my machine or not. Why ? I am worried there will not be anything but highly priced paid tec support from you to Possibly help resolve issues(money for only possible fix or to be told cannot fix.no support).

To 8 will apparently give me issues and only add a few more years anyway so that's no real answer.Trying to reinstall Xp on a old desktop after you stopped supporting it showed me that it automatically disabled certain key features-like sound.It required going Platforms, but actually build in mandatory updates to it to help kill(win7) it by disabling devices trying to force a update (win10) that wont work on my machine and support Alienware features such as Alienware fx,command center,Nvidia updates, all hardware.going I am worried you will not only stop support for windows seven like you always do with older Piece,by tracking down the manufacturer (if they are still in business)-if that's even going to be possible, to keep it running, which will be a headache and a chore. Platform, but even as a high end windows platform computer the support Alienware is going to have, at least for my model which is not that old (Mx17 64-bit), is going to be nothing more or less. The reason is : Alienware recommends windows and comes with that as it's factory installed I noticed that windows 8 had issues with some Alienware users here(I did not want it), and I suspect 10 will be a total fail (for my model)though I have not tried it.
